Its been 8 months now, still not good When first i got this pain i thought of heart attack visited er 2 times done blood test, ekg, xray but all r fine doctor said your heart is okay. I always though what the hell happened to me beacuse it was so painful the pain was so sharp then I ruled out that its costochondritis I always stay sad and i got anxiety due to costo. Many people recover within weeks or months but some cases takes year or more.Stay strong to all my brothers and sister one day we will all recover fully.

"few" people get better. Why lie? There's too many testimonials that counter that. A simple Amazon reviews search will yield thousands of people who disagree with you. "It does nothing for the muscles". It does though. By loosening jammed up rib joints the muscles around it are now free to relax, allowing for more movement throughout the thoracic spine. Calling this "luck" is pretty quacktastic.

I’ve had a bad case for 6 weeks now. Unfortunately my whole entire upper body is affected and I can’t move or really breathe deeper than half a second unless I take lots of ibuprofen. Nothing seems to help me besides going to the beach and jumping in the ocean about 3 or 4 times for ten minutes at a time. All the stretching and even the backpod irritates it more and makes it even worse. Rolling on a softball on my upper shoulder blades also helps with unless I overdo it and go to hard. I haven’t heard of any cases that irritate the whole upper body even down to my abs and I’m wondering if this will ever subside. Any tips on this would be amazing
